Shipping Policy

Age verification and adult signature requirement
Important: Last Rep products are restricted to adults of legal consumption age. All shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. Someone age 21 or older with valid government-issued photo ID must be present to sign; the carrier verifies age and identity before releasing the package. If no one of legal age is available, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or addresses where an adult cannot sign.
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 (or the legal consumption age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher), that an adult will be available to sign at the delivery address, and that failure to provide an adult signature may result in return of the package and forfeiture of shipping costs.
Shipping locations
We currently ship to select U.S. states where our products are legal for sale and delivery, as determined by federal and state law, local regulations, and carrier availability. We reserve the right to refuse shipment anywhere we cannot legally deliver.
We cannot ship to: states or jurisdictions where our products are prohibited; federal properties or military bases (including APO/FPO/DPO and VA facilities); P.O. boxes or USPS postal facilities; prisons or correctional facilities; or addresses outside the United States. Orders placed to restricted locations will be cancelled and refunded, minus any processing fees.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Standard processing is 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed and age verification is complete. You'll receive an email when your order is received and again when it ships with tracking.
Shipping methods and timeframes
- Standard: 5–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited: 3–5 business days after processing.
- Express: 2–3 business days after processing.
All options require adult signature. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees; weather, carrier issues, and holidays can cause delays, and the signature requirement may add a day if the recipient isn't available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from your address, method, order weight, and current carrier rates. Free-shipping promotions, when offered, apply to standard shipping on qualifying orders only.
Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. If tracking hasn't updated for more than 3 business days after shipment, contact us at hello@lastreparc.com.
Delivery attempts and failed deliveries
Carriers typically make up to three delivery attempts, leaving a notice each time no adult is available. If delivery ultimately fails for lack of an adult signature, the package returns to us: the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and you may either place a new order or have the package reshipped for a fee equal to the original shipping cost.
Unclaimed packages (not picked up within the carrier's 5–7 business-day hold) are returned to us; the product is refunded minus original shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Refused packages are charged shipping both ways and refunded for product cost only, minus shipping and the 15% restocking fee.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
You are responsible for accurate shipping information. We cannot modify addresses after shipment; packages sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement, and carrier address-correction fees are passed on to the customer. If you live in an apartment, condo, or suite, include your unit number. Orders with unverifiable addresses may be held or cancelled.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a package is delivered and signed for by an adult, it is considered delivered — we are not responsible for packages stolen afterwards. If tracking shows a package lost in transit, contact us at hello@lastreparc.com; we'll file a carrier claim and send a replacement or refund once it resolves (allow 7–10 business days for the investigation). If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it, check with neighbors and the carrier first, then contact us after 48 hours.
Damaged packages
Do not refuse a damaged package — accept it, note the damage on the carrier's record if possible, photograph the packaging and products, and contact us within 48 hours at hello@lastreparc.com with your order number and photos. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Delays, holidays, and international
Delays can occur from high order volume, weather, carrier issues, holidays, or supply-chain disruptions; we'll notify you of known delays. During major holidays, order early — we cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Compliance
Last Rep complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the shipment of our products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, restrict shipping locations, require additional verification, and update this policy as laws change. By ordering you confirm you are legally permitted to purchase and possess our products in your jurisdiction and will comply with all applicable laws.
